Floral Perspective, LLC is fully owned and managed by DeeDe Pinckney. DeeDe is the Director of Marketing and Communication of Wake Forest University School of Divinity. DeeDe has over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Communications which is an added benefit to The Floral Perspective, LLC. She is currently earning a Doctor of Strategic Communication Degree at Regent University. As a landlord, DeeDe has a working knowledge of how to evaluate real estate, negotiate, property appreciation and project management.
While DeeDe is the principal owner of The Floral Perspective she uses the expertise of her husband Kenneth Holly who works with her as a consultant and project manager. Kenneth Holly is the Director of Resource Development at Neighbors for Better Neighborhood. He is a past President of Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County and has over twenty years of experience in community development, real estate acquisition and neighborhood stabilization initiatives.

A strong communicator with a passion for developing and executing creative strategies, DeeDe Pinckney knows the importance of procuring and maintaining audience engagement. As a content development expert, she does more than spot compelling stories, she advances brands through targeted communication of core values.
She brings years of higher education and non-profit marketing and communications experience, including project management, to her roles. A background in journalism, PR and higher education marketing/communications leads her to champion the success of programs that “do good.” Whether working with a nonprofit organization helping to make the world a better place or an institution of higher learning that helps its students secure the future they desire, she’s most at home communicating messages that matters. Her passions for community development and home renovation will make The Floral Perspective flourish.
A business development strategist who has over twenty years of experience in community development and neighborhood stabilization initiatives. Kenneth has worked on some major community development initiatives in City of Winston-Salem which includes (Cleveland Avenue Transformation Plan “HUD Choice Neighborhood awarded initiative”, Boston Thurmond United Initiative “Purpose Built Community,” and the United Way of Forsyth County “Place Matters Initiative”).
Prior to this, Kenneth led the Homes 4 Our Heroes Initiative to end veteran homelessness in Winston-Salem, NC as the project manager and resource development consultant for the project which revitalized permanent housing of ten homes for homeless veterans. He is also a past President Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County. Kenneth brings to The Floral Perspective a broad range of experience, statewide partnerships, and business management expertise.
